1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar, grated
1½ cups Arabelle Dilled Onions, chopped
5 teaspoons dilled onion juice
1 cup mild ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon white pepper
4-6 drops hot sauce, preferably Crystal
In a mixing bowl, mash cream cheese and sharp cheddar together. Add rest of ingredients and mix together well. Roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Can also be made in advance and frozen!
Serve with crackers, torn French bread, sliced fruit, or sliced veggies. Enjoy!
